Heart of BS13 are seeking a Chief Executive to drive our charity and
social enterprises. You will manage all aspects of our thriving social
enterprise, leading our programme managers who run the three work
strands of our organisation: Food, Flowers and Climate Action, and
working with the board of trustees to develop and implement our
strategic plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Staff management, leadership and HR
• Business activity development and oversight
• Strategic development with managers and board
• Finance and fundraising
• Networking and publicity
• Legal and administrative tasks
• Working with the Board of Trustees

We are looking for a dynamic person with significant leadership
experience, including managing innovative projects and monitoring their
impact and of building and managing a team of staff. We are looking for
a great leader who understands the role of social enterprise within the
third sector, has business experience and a passion to make a
difference in the community. An understanding of small business
operations in food and horticulture would be an advantage.

You will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check if offered the role, as
well as provide two professional references. To fulfil the role, you must
