In this role you will be working in our asset team delivering our planned works program. You will provide a high-quality customer-focused and professional repairs service, including the delivery of planned, cyclical and major project works whilst ensuring that our homes and customers are safe, and works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety policies and statutory obligations.

For this role we are looking for individuals who have:
Excellent written and verbal communication with a diverse range of customers.
Technical problem solving and skilled in assessing technical information as well as deivising and implementing appropriate solutions.
Excellent IT skills and use of buisness systems.
Valid driving license
