We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Youth Development Workers to join our South Glos youth work team at FACE!

We have 2 posts available, which may be combined, but please note that each role includes at least 2 after-school or evening sessions (no later than 10pm).

Both roles include managing sessional staff and volunteers, planning and delivering accessible, safe, and fun activities for young people, overseeing monitoring and data collection, safeguarding, and health & safety, as well as attending relevant team and partnership meetings. The pay rate depends on whether the successful candidate has any youth work qualifications.

The 20-hour post will lead and manage our youth work offer in Patchway and Stoke Gifford; diverse areas rich in opportunities for sustaining and developing youth work in these communities.

The 12-hour post will develop and manage new detached and mobile youth work provision across rural areas to the west of South Gloucestershire. This role will include driving a mobile youth vehicle*; therefore a driving licence is essential. (* small ‘van’ which does not carry passengers and can be driven on a regular car licence)
