As the Night Assessment Centre Coordinator, you will be responsible for a team of night workers and the management of the night-to-night development, coordination and service delivery of the Bristol Night Assessment centre.  You will also liaise with the day assessment service and rough sleeping outreach team to ensure joined up working between the teams.

To be successful you will have experience of working with vulnerable people and supporting and leading a service delivery team in either a supported housing, advice, homelessness, care or another relevant environment.  You will also have a sound understanding of case management and experience of managing, leading and supporting staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.

In return, you can look forward to benefits including a pension scheme and a whole range of initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. On top of that, we’ll give you all the support you need to develop your skills and career.
