Funding promoting a fair and sustainable economy

Charities, social enterprises, and private companies can apply for funding for projects and activities that help to create fairness and sustainability in the economy. The funding is being made available through the Friends Provident Foundation’s 4D Economy Grants to support the development of new economic ideas and approaches that push for and create a more just and sustainable economy based on the four D’s : Diversified; Decarbonised; Democratised; Decentralised. Most grants will be in the region of £50,000 - £75,000 and are available to support project and/or core funding. The Foundation operates a rolling application process, with four review points across the year. The next cut off date is the 15th April 2024. Small grants of up to £10,000 are also available to develop the ideas of under-resourced or newer entrants to economic systems change work. Applications for small grants can be submitted at any time.
