“Excellence for Boards” is a newly-developed set of six courses that takes you through from the basics of your role as a charity trustee or CIC director to enabling you to become part of a truly excellent Board. Running through to December 2023, you can pick which sessions to attend to build both your skills and confidence in your role, and the effectiveness and sustainability of your organisation. “Being a good Charity Trustee” has already run, but upcoming are;

Employing staff for Boards           19th November

Managing Risk for Boards            6th December
