Power to Change, which is a charitable trust that supports Community business in England, has re-opened its Powering Up Programme. The programme provides community businesses with tailored support worth up to £20,000 to help them develop their digital skills or environmental sustainability. The support will consist of technical and business support, professional development and wellbeing support and a £8,000 unrestricted grant. Power to Change will be prioritising support to community businesses in the most deprived areas of England, as well as organisations that are led or predominantly working in communities with a high percentage of minoritised ethnicity. The closing date for applications is the 19th September 2022.
