WECIL are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sessional Support Worker to deliver group and one to one school holiday sessions to Disabled Children and Young People (some with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour) during the school holidays in Bristol and B&NEs. We run from 2 locations during each school holiday: St Werburghs (Bristol) Keynsham (B&NEs) The ideal candidate will be confident in working with Disabled Children and Young People within group and 1:1 environments. WECIL is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and expects its staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check so that any criminal background (including “spent” convictions, bind-over orders or cautions) is disclosed to the organisation.
