OTR are looking for a creative and motivated Team Manager to lead our service in North Somerset, delivering a diverse range of projects including therapeutic workshops, 1:1 mental health support, nature based projects and creative groups for young people throughout the area.

The Team Manager (North Somerset) will lead and support the ongoing development of the OTR services in North Somerset, managing, developing and coordinating delivery to ensure that young people have access to the full range of services that can meet their needs.

You will provide day-to-day operational, safeguarding and line management support to OTR practitioners operating in North Somerset, and develop and maintain meaningful collaborations and relationships with schools, youth mental health services, professionals, voluntary organisations, communities and other partner organisations across the area, continuing to develop the service in line with the OTR delivery philosophy and mission.

The successful candidate will be a confident leader with experience in managing people and projects. You will be creative and strategic in your thinking, have knowledge of systems that impact and support children and young people's mental health and be committed to delivering outstanding choice for young people that meets the changing needs of the population.
