Job Role:  Regional Manager       

Salary: £39,000 per annum                

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday           

Contract type: Permanent

Location:  Covering Bath, Wiltshire, South Gloucester and Bristol 

Additional information:   

  • Participate in the on-call service rota as required acting as the senior 
    manager on call
  • Ability to travel to the different service regularly and occasionally stay overnight if required.

    The Role 

    This Regional Manager role is an exciting new opportunity within Julian House, where the candidate will be responsible for a regional portfolio of services. The Regional Manager will work with four Service Managers to oversee the day-to-day operational management of their services, devising and implementing improvement plans and ensuring our services are running smoothly.

    This role is made for a passionate leader who is great at building relationships, leading regional teams and improving team performance.

    This role will oversea a range of specialist services including Domestic Abuse services with Refuge Accommodation, Children and Young people domestic abuse service and Autism and Asperger's Supported Housing. The role will also oversea several different Refugee Services across BANES and South Gloucester, supporting refugees from Afghan, Syria and Ukraine.

    Our clients lead complex lives and may have experienced or still be experiencing, trauma, mental ill-health, substance misuse, domestic abuse or involvement with the criminal justice system.

    The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience working with , be passionate to make a difference and have a drive to deliver positive outcomes for our clients.

  • Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs
  • Experience working in Supported Housing services, with knowledge of Housing Law
  • Experience working with individuals and/or families that have experienced domestic abuse
  • An excellent understanding of domestic abuse, including the impact this has on children and young people
