At SIP we run two psychotherapy trainings, plus courses that are of interest and are useful to others in the caring professions. We also provide low-cost therapy through a special fund and through our trainees. We are actively looking to establish a clinic to expand  this low cost/no fee work. SIP started as a training organisation and now wishes to work towards offering a service, both educational and therapeutic, in the community especially in areas which have not previously been able to access it.  

We are a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee. As Trustees we work with the Executive Committee ( all volunteers) who manage the day-to-day business of the organisation. We also employ a full-time Office Manager, part-time  Financial Manager, part-time Head of Training and Education and a part-time Training Administrator.
