We are recruiting a creative and passionate Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to develop and deliver group CBT interventions to young people within school and community settings across North Somerset.

This is a position established within the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT).

This role will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in OTR North Somerset delivering high-quality, outcome-informed, focused and evidence-based interventions in online and in-person group formats, for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, and behavioural difficulties.

Candidates must have a minimum Pass in the CYP-IAPT, CYP Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner training programme, have experience of working with children and/or young people in a similar role and in educational settings, excellent group facilitation skills and be confident in managing safeguarding, confidentiality and risk.
