BOSS Employment CIC

Boss Employment is a social enterprise set up to help people with a learning disability or difficulty find out about work. We provide information, put on events and training as well as support employers interested in employing people. BOSS is linked to many of the employment service providers, colleges and support organisations and can help access the support you need. BOSS has been set up because lots of people said they found it difficult to know where to go to find out about work. Employers also told us that they find it easier to talk to just one organization about employing people.

We are a small team of people who have lots of experience supporting people into work, setting up co-ops and social firms and working with local authorities to set up services.
