Cerebra

Cerebra are a UK Children's Disabilities Charity supporting children up to 16 who are have a learning disability or neurological condition. Cerebra offers a range are services that are available to disabled children and their familes. There is no cost for these or indeed for membership.
Services include our National Helpline, Grants Scheme, a Postal Lending Library (inc. Sensory Toys), Free Information Events and Literature, a Sleep Advisory Service, Personal Portfolio Service (an ‘All about Me’
resource), Telephone Counselling Helpline, Publications, including a Guide to stress management, Children’s Membership Magazine, Fun Events for all the Family… and a Regional Support Service (Kath Fryer is our family worker based in Bristol).
Kath is able to provide home visits, face to face support, and advice related to Cerebra services. She can offer benefits advice, family days and day trips, information about grants, and can signpost families to local services and other support organisations as appropriate.
