Disabled People's Helpline

The aims of the service are: <br>
* to give Disabled people and carers advice on any issue that will help them to make choices <br>
* To assist Disabled people to use existing services. <br>
* To advise on the benefits which Disabled people and carers might be entitled to. <br>
* To support Disabled people to complete Disability Living Allowance forms and Attendance Allowance forms, PIP, ESA50 (Limited Capability for work Questionnaire) and to assist with appeals where we have helped with forms. <br> To inform disabled people of both local and national services and organisations available to them. <br><br> We offer a telephone helpline service from Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm;
