Supporting Voluntary and Community Action
Hartcliffe Health & Environment Action Group is an established local community group that has supported a range of projects in the BS13 and surrounding area of South Bristol since 1990. <br><br>We aim to improve the community and lives of local people by actively engaging residents in both health-related and environmentally sustainable activities.<br><br>By working together on issues which effect people's lives, local residents have an opportunity to influence the sustainable development of their community. These include:<br>- 'Greens' Community Market Garden <br>- Organic Growing Courses and Gardening Club <br>-Cooking Courses<br>-Healthy Lifestyle Activities<br>-Community Walks & Visits<br> -Practical Environmental Work<br>- Volunteering Opportunities<br><br>All our work is rooted in Community Development and we try to link our areas of work to offer a holistic programme of support and activities for the community.
