Supporting Voluntary and Community Action
Home-Start is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age. Volunteers offer weekly support, friendship and practical help to families under stress, in their own homes, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown. Home-Start Bristol offers a unique service covering a wide geographical area, including Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We are committed to delivering an inclusive service open to families from all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
