Kingsmeadow Community Flat is the 'hub' of the community. Its aim is to enhance the quality of life for residents and children, enabling all to access local services, support, information, activities and learning opportunities in an informal non threatening environment.
By identifying local needs and working towards finding local solutions i.e.
working with service providers, encouraging participation and community cohesion thus developing and supporting local projects.
To increase the skills and educational attainment of the local young people.
Confidence has increased between the police and local children, improving the health and wellbeing. Raising the profile of young people. Develop cross generational relationships. Leading to improving the community cohesion to introduce projects which will enhance the local physical environment
