Supporting Voluntary and Community Action
I provide specialist support for voluntary and community organisations facing change: this can include facilitation, consultancy, training, and mentoring. I support individuals, teams and organisations to develop practical strategies to improve service quality and impact, and to adapt to a changing funding environment. I also undertake impact evaluations, organisational reviews, and commissioning support; and advise and support organisations who are considering merger.
