Supporting Voluntary and Community Action
a. To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Speedwell, and the Neighbourhood, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, Race, or Political, Religious, or other creeds, or opinions, by associating together the Inhabitants, and local authorities, voluntary, and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, and for recreation, and leisure activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the people of our area.
b. To establish, or secure the establishment of a Community Centre, and to maintain, and manage this building. This maybe in co-operation with a local authority. To adhere to all health and safety regulations
