Independent evaluation, research and community engagement consultancy. Melita has over fifteen years' experience working with leading organisations within the cultural and creative industries. Her work focuses on social inclusion and diversity, professional development and leadership.

Evaluation: full evaluation service (planning in evaluation from the start, working on project aims & objectives, developing evaluation methodology and tools, reporting)

Evaluation: supported service (working with your organisation to embed evaluation skills, mentoring staff and advising on evaluation methodology, analysis and presenting findings).

Research: primary or secondary research services offered to support organisations' strategic and policy needs. Experience of developing inclusive ways of communicating with stakeholders.

Community engagement: working with communities to develop partnerships and activities to connect with buildings and creative projects.

Projects undertaken to date include those with a focus on leadership, education, young people, refugees and asylum seekers, audience development or disability and have also been within specific areas of cultural activity such as dance, theatre, visual arts, music, sport, heritage or literature.

Melita also works with global education charities as an evaluator, facilitator and critical friend.
