Our services are for people who want to withdraw safely off Benzodiazepines (Benzos), Z drugs and other similar prescribed drugs through a wrap-around service of one to one therapy, group therapy and a telephone support service. Therapy 300 is a face to face service, you will receive a full assessment, individual taper and care plan, ongoing support from specialist practitioners, one-to-one support and group therapy. We have an advocacy service, liaising on your behalf with your GP and other health services. Therapy 300 is available for people who can attend Gloucester House at Southmead Hospital, Bristol, other locations in Bristol. Our Telephone Support Service is talking therapy, for those who live outside our local group therapies, you will receive a full assessment, taper and care plan, weekly scheduled one-to-one therapy calls, and an online group sessions. Once you have completed your taper, we will invite you to join a 360 Club, a peer to peer support group.

Training - We offer Level 1 and 2 training packages for health practitioners and other professionals who come into direct contact with clients who misuse prescribed drugs (including benzodiazepines, Z drugs, sleeping pills, Pregabalin, Gabapentin and opiate-based painkillers).
