Supporting Voluntary and Community Action
We provide grants and support for our residents and local groups to improve their community – whether it’s funding for a dream project, or advice on the best way forward for an idea to get off the ground, our communities team can help make it happen. We work in an asset based community development approach building on strength and potential, and everything we do is designed to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents individually, and to contribute to developing thriving and resilient communities collaboratively! Our main 3 strategy themes that we focus on are: youth and citizenship, ageing well, and environmental improvements.
