We organise three ten-week terms of activities - discussions, slide shows, talks, conversational French, poetry appreciation, music, drama, and anything in fact that will generate talking, and also in the summer, walking - both activities sadly neglected in modern society.

We also organise special events, exhibitions and sales and publish books to raise money (about £20,000 per annum) for the educational sponsorship of young people in developing countries. Currently we are helping various students in areas of the developing world including Ghana and India.
