Youth Moves

Youth Moves is funded by Uban 2, SRB 6 and Bristol City Council to offer a coordinated an strategic approach to youth work delivery to young people across Filwood ward (Knowle West). Youth Moves works in Patnershiop with Knowle West Development Trust, Knowle/Filwood Youth Club (Bristol City Council), Inns Court youth Project (The Mede Community and Learning Centre), Broad Plains House Youth Club and Filwood Club for Young People. Youth Moves is changing the way youth work is delivered across Knowle West to ensure services are young people focused, meet their needs and are accessible by the majority.

The service Youth Moves delivers is based on four areas of work: Crime and Safety, Health and Wellbeing, and Learning and Participation and Generic Youth Work provision. Our youth clubs offer a number of activities including mountain biking, Art, IT, cookery, dance, sports etc. More than 600 young people currently access our services, so drop in and see what is on offer
