TOP UK runs a network of self-help groups to help sufferers of phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and other related anxiety to overcome their fears. We use a type of behaviour therapy developed by Prof. Isaac Marks to help sufferers face their fears in gentle, structured steps.
We provide community music and therapy workshops to support a balance of physical and mental health.
A day centre for those suffering from memory loss: every Thursday from 9am to 3pm we provide a stimulating day in a safe & happy environment with light refreshments and meals provided. We also run a bi-monthly self help group for carers.
