Details of Role: 

We are looking for a professional, creative, cheerful and organised Chef to join our friendly team.  This is an opportunity to contribute your skills to a well-loved, purpose-led community organisation, and cook delicious food from high quality ingredients, some produced here on our green oasis in Bristol.  We would especially love to hear from people who care about reducing food waste, and experience of or interest in nose-to-tail cookery would be an advantage.

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment
  • A strong working knowledge of food safety management
  • Organised, efficent and capable of cooking fresh to order
  • Positive about working volunteers with support needs
  • An approachable, flexible and cheerful manner
  • Shares the ethos of the City Farm
  • Food Hygiene qualificiation preferable, but training can be provided
