Marmalade Trust are looking to recruit a Regional Operations Director to be accountable for the operational delivery of our services in Bristol, South Glos and North Somerset. To support in delivering our vision and mission; to address loneliness both through raising awareness and providing practical support to increase people’s social interactions.
We are seeking a strategic individual, with strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The individual will be familiar with the challenges and opportunities of the funding, commissioning and income generation environment. They will also need to ensure current and future operations are sustainable and support in driving the strategic plan for growth and expansion. They will take ownership of operational budgetary management, performance and reporting, manage the end-to-end grants and funding process and support successful, thriving teams.
