Salary: Band 3 – £34,284 - £39,836

Are you passionate about supporting Disabled children and young people in accessing safe and supportive provision?

WECIL is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of South Gloucestershire Short Breaks Manager – CQC Registered Manager.

As part of our Children and Youth Services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our South Gloucestershire short break provision is not only safe and accessible but also tailored to meet the unique needs of each Disabled child and young person who attends service.

This position involves overseeing our CQC registration as the registered manager for our South Gloucestershire Short Breaks service (please see our Application Pack for more detail) , as well as managing a team of sessional workers to deliver stimulating and engaging experiences for the children and young people in our service.
