The Role 

Part of Developing Health & Independence (DHI), Home Turf Lettings is a social lettings agency working across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset to provide long term affordable homes for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. We have helped hundreds of tenants find quality, affordable accommodation within the private rented sector.

Our supported housing team, operating three shared properties in Bath and one in South Gloucestershire, provide supported accommodation to those looking to achieve an abstinence-based lifestyle.

You will be joining an experienced team of property and support professionals that work hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients

As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and one of our supported housing projects to work with our tenants and residents to maintain their tenancies. The role requires you to take the lead with property letting, tenant liaison and rent management for a portfolio of shared and self-contained properties, and provides you the opportunity to build positive working relationship with tenants and residents from various backgrounds to support them with applying for and sustaining a successful tenancy, including management of their rental payments.

What We Offer

We offer on the job support and mentoring within the team for this role, as well as the opportunity to complete your Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management via Propertymark Qualifications.
