Lead the management and operational service delivery of Safe Link services, promoting best practice and developing service provision
Provide motivational, effective and active leadership, guidance and support to managers, staff and service users. Ensure they understand Missing Link’s strategy, aims, culture and values, enabling them to contribute to their achievement
Ensure effective performance management and monitoring systems are in place to enable the delivery of high quality, efficient and consistent accommodation and support services
The successful candidate will:
Have substantial experience of working with victims/survivors of sexual violence or domestic abuse
Have experience at management level in delivering quality services (either /or in supported housing or community-based settings within a similar organisation and/or sector)
Be a strong, confident and enthusiastic leader with a track record in leading and developing staff, including the ability to delegate, motivate and direct individuals and teams
Be able to communicate successfully with a wide range of people, presenting with a high level of personal credibility
Have experience of financial management, performance and contract management and reporting.
Have actively applied service user consultation, involvement and coproduction strategies in their work and committed to working with service users in an empowering way
Have a commitment to trauma informed practice, inclusion and diversity
