We run a community transport service in BANES for the elderly or disabled on low incomes. SWAN's purpose is to provide a range of access and advice services aimed at alleviating need and hardship in Bath and North East Somerset and the surrounding areas. We provide transport services using volunteer drivers for the elderly or disabled on low incomes and have regular Cuppa and Chat sessions for our lonely and isolated passengers.
