We provide support, advice and information to people with learning disabilities, their families and carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We run a volunteer scheme where volunteers support an adult with a learning disability on a one-to-one basis either weekly or fortnightly. We run a social club in Thornbury which meets on a Friday from 7-9pm.

The Little Co-op is a second hand bookshop which also sells tea, coffee, DVDs, CDs and vinyl. We also sell organic food and eco friendly cleaning products. We are not for profit and receive no wages. We are still working on our mission statement and are hoping to become an official co op in the near future. All decisions are made collectively.

We visit schools and youth groups giving presentations about life in prison. We go to pursuade them they have choices and the wrong choice can result in a criminal record
The Original Spinners is an inclusive community dance company. We bring people across all ages and communities together to give them opportunities to participate in dance and play
The Centre occupies a 15 acre site on the main bus route through Knowle. It opened in 2000 as a hub of community activity including learning, business, support services and leisure.

We offer a free and confidential service offering counselling and support to people who have experienced emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse, or are aware of this having happened to their partner or children. We also provide these services for people who's lives have been affected by addiction.
The Vegan Mellanhand provides a helping hand to others to live a life that is not too little, or too much but just enough. This is made possible by the creation of the communitea that helps others connect with themselves, others and our environment.
