We provide free summer camps, respite care and other activities which support disabled children and young people. These activities are aimed at developing confidence and independence while in a caring and supportive environment.
The project enables young mothers aged 16 to 25 access to a wide range of; skills, advice support, educational opportunities and information. This will aim to provide better educational and employment prospects, improve health choices, increase life expectations and establish greater opportunities for young mothers and their children in the future.
