Our members have had their vocal chords removed due to cancer. Being unable to take part in conversations is very isolating. We (together with our partners) try to support each other. Hospital staff always attend and deal with our queries. There are many situations where lack of a 'voice' means we are automatically excluded. Emotions are locked as we cannot laugh or cry

We hepl people who have a physical health problem or disability, who live in Bristol and the surrounding area, are on a low income and are over 16. We hold a specialist Quality Mark from the Legal Services Commission to provide Welfare Benefit Advice Services including tribunal representation.
