Voscur Event

This youth work and arts sharing practice event is an opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, as well as share their experiences and best practice.

It will be an innovative, forward thinking event with a range of workshops and table discussions focussing on specialist areas of work, transferable music skills and sector development.

Lunch will be free of charge, followed by a networking activity and a music performance from young people.

Changing gears for 2020

Our 2020 project has reached its half-way point, so we're planning to use the December network meeting to review what's happened so far - and plan how best to use the second half of the project in the new year.

A business plan that people want to buy into

Is your business plan inward-looking or outward-focused? Does it explain what you do internally so it's clear to the team, or the impact you create in the community so it's clear to investors and funders? (Or both?)

Is it ambitious but not unrealistic? Is it practical but not pedestrian?

This session will focus on what an investable business plan really looks like.
