Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) was established in 1998 to lead the regeneration and renewal of the local area. It is a limited company, with charitable status and is run by a strong board.

The Kings Weston Action Group was formed in 2011 in response to the slow decline of the historic landscape of Kings Weston House over the previous decades. LIMP is a voluntary community group made up of local residents; it aims to re-energise, care for and improve the green space that is known as Luckwell park.
