This is the third of four online engagement events from Bristol City Council, covering the Bristol Impact Fund consultation. At the event, Bristol City Council will explain the new information about a second Bristol Impact Fund, which would run from 2021-2025.

This event is specifically aimed at voluntary and community organisations that are led by equalities groups, or that serve equalities groups.

Bristol City Council consultation open for second Bristol Impact Fund

Bristol City Council has opened a public consultation on a proposed second round of the Bristol Impact Fund, for 2021-2025, which will continue to tackle inequalities in the city. The council is seeking responses from voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, equalities-led groups, and members of the public, and it will hold four online engagement events where you can discuss proposals and ask questions.

Community mental health grants for Bristol

Small grants are now available for community mental health organisations and mutual aid groups in Bristol to spend on projects that support local people's mental health and wellbeing. The grants have been funded by Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG), through Bristol City Council.

The #NeverMoreNeeded social media campaign, which raises awareness of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector in light of coronavirus, has issued a campaign pack with materials for VCSE organisations to use.

Opportunity for Community Asset Transfer: Hartcliffe Community Farm

Hartcliffe Community Farm, an 11-acre site in BS13, is available for Community Asset Transfer (CAT) bids, giving community organisations the chance to manage and run the farm buildings, allotments and land as a community hub.

Bristol City Council is looking for groups and organisations with the skills and investment to maximise the site's potential, making it a countryside resource centre that benefits the community.

Whether you're a staff member at a community organisation or you're one of the 3,500 volunteers who helped with COVID relief efforts, Bristol City Council's Community Development Team invites you to a city conversation to share your views. 

This event involves looking at current developments on COVID-19, imagining what recovery might look like in the city, and the kind of help your community needs. There will be breakout discussions and networking opportunities.
