The exciting scenarios at Lifeskills Safety Centre will be open to the public on Thursday 28th November 2019 from 3pm to 6pm.  There will be an emphasis on electrical safety as we have funding from Electrical Safety First and, with Christmas so close, we would like to flag up some of the extra safety messages associated with the season but also make it an enjoyable visit for all.

How can we use data and data analytics to address some of our most intractable local challenges? How do we empower individuals and communities to live well, enabling independence and providing support to those that need it? How can we build communities that thrive?

‘Data and Community’ is a hackathon for problem solvers, innovators, designers, and programmers, who want to be part of developing innovative data driven digital solutions to some of Bristol and Bath’s biggest social challenges.

The University of Bristol Careers Service is hosting a Third Sector networking event, open to all charities or non-profit organisations who may be interested in meeting students, finding out about funding available to support internships and volunteering options.

Black South West Network was delighted to host the last BAME Voluntary Sector Network Meeting for African/Caribbean & Asian heritage organisations on Monday 19 August 2019 at Malcolm X Centre.
