Adblock Bristol are a volunteer group who are concerned about the impacts of corporate advertising on our health, wellbeing, environment, climate, communities and the local economy. We lobby for policy change at a local levels, showcase alternatives, organise locally to stop new advertising sites and produce resources to raise awareness about the impacts of commercial advertising.
Adblock Bristol is campaigning for a city free from corporate outdoor advertising – including the removal of big billboards.

We organise a wide variety of walks, both in the city and countryside and cater for walkers of all abilities. Each four-month programme has over 70 walks, from 5 to 20 miles. We walk in the country areas within easy reach of Bristol, including the Mendips, Cotswolds, Malverns, Quantocks, Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. These walks are led by knowledgable people. The Trust has two roles: It manages, conserves and preserves the Clifton Suspension Bridge, a Grade 1 listed Bridge and Monument. The Trust is also responsible for the Clifton Suspension Bridge Visitor Centre that interprets the history of the bridge, how it works and the many stories and events surrounding it. FLAG is a not for profit enterprise which promotes projects for the improvement of the Fishponds area. It runs the Beechwood club <bs16 3tr> and hires out it's rooms for the benefit of the local people/groups for regular or occasional events. Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) was established in 1998 to lead the regeneration and renewal of the local area. It is a limited company, with charitable status and is run by a strong board.

The Kings Weston Action Group was formed in 2011 in response to the slow decline of the historic landscape of Kings Weston House over the previous decades. LIMP is a voluntary community group made up of local residents; it aims to re-energise, care for and improve the green space that is known as Luckwell park.
